This website is designed to share my passions, knowledge and experience to support you on your journey to a happy, fulfilled, financially free life! I am happily married to a wonderful man and, together, we have six adult children who are all thriving in the world. I am a retired attorney, active real estate investor, national educator, and mentor. I am also the founder of the Alternative Investing Movement and the AIM Higher Academy, an education and mentorship platform for real estate and note investors of all levels. I am an avid reader and lover of travel and great food!

My passion is empowering others with the knowledge needed to accelerate and preserve wealth and to pass that wealth onto loved ones with as little stress as possible– which I consider to be the Ultimate Love Letter™.

Although I always enjoyed the practice of law, I knew I could empower more people through education, mentorship and one-on-one consulting, so I closed my law office in 2019 to focus on helping a larger number of people enrich their lives through financial knowledge! I believe that financial literacy is missing in the lives of many Americans as financial education is not generally taught in the school system and I hope to do my part to help raise awareness of the importance of financial knowledge to the quality of life of all Americans.
